Stores sell ready-made structures at a low price; all you have to do is assemble it at your dacha. Another option is a panel. It is placed along a horizontal surface. This could be a fence or the wall of a house. The most common type is the cabin. It consists of 3 or 4 walls and is sometimes supplemented by a dressing room. You can install a shower stall almost anywhere on the site. According to the method of supplying water, there are 2 types of garden showers: with a barrel and tap ones. Conventionally, we can distinguish 4 types of showers: mobile, stationary, warm and universal. A warm shower implies insulation for use in spring and autumn. The universal one is a fairly large building, additionally with a dry closet.
Shower equipment with water supply
When installing a shower stall on your summer cottage, the owner must think in advance about how to equip the water supply and drainage. Since the drainage and supply system is installed at the time of laying the foundation of the future shower cabin.
Water in the shower stall is often supplied from a source located at a remote distance. Such a source can be a well drilled on the site, or a standard water supply.

Selecting a location
The location for the shower should be chosen carefully. It is selected taking into account the location of the sunny side: it is preferable that the shower is well lit by the sun, because this way the water in the tank will heat up faster. Shaded areas under buildings and trees should also be avoided. They are also guided by their own preferences: for installation, you can choose the garden part of the allotment or the area near the pool or house. The area under and around the cabin must be perfectly level. There must be a place for water discharge next to it. Otherwise, complex wiring will be required. The shower stall is ideally located close to the main building. To choose the right place you will need to inspect the entire area. It is necessary to take into account all the construction features and decide what kind of foundation will be needed for the cabin.
Draining the shower
Draining water after washing can be done in various ways. Some owners of summer cottages do not drain the water at all.
One of the most normal ways is to drain water into a centralized sewer system, but, unfortunately, not every owner of a summer cottage has this opportunity.
The best way, of course, then remains a waste and drainage pit. This is inexpensive and allows wastewater to go deep into the ground. A pit for drainage water can be located under the shower stall, or in close proximity to it.
It is dug to a depth of no more than 50-60 cm, the size of the sides is 1.0 x 1.0 m. After the hole is dug, the soil in it is compacted tightly and it is covered with crushed stone or broken brick.
A plastic, steel or wooden pallet is placed on top of the filled hole.
After this, the shower stall is installed. If a wastewater pit is located nearby, it is best to make a drainage pipe from a plastic sewer pipe to it.

Location
You should start choosing the place where the shower will be installed. Many people try to hide the shower from prying eyes: place it so that it is not visible (under the trees, behind the barn). This is a big mistake.
For a shower, you need to choose a sunny, open place. Lowland, a pit for a shower are not suitable. It should be placed near the house so that after taking a shower, you can quickly enter the house and not catch a cold.
What should a shower be like?
The height of the walls should not be more than two to three meters.
Number of rooms: there is a locker room, a shower area - these are two rooms and a partition between them. The area of such a room is no more than 250x150 cm.
Water containers. The tank capacity is calculated taking into account that one person spends about 40 liters of water in 10 minutes of continuously open tap. If a temporary building is installed, it will only support a tank of 200 liters, no more. You can use either a metal or plastic tank.
Therefore, you should not purchase a larger tank. You can purchase a tank with a watering can already built-in.
